Founder-led — and that's the whole point.

Ceptro is brand new, and I'd rather lean into that than dress it up.

Work with Ceptro and you work with me directly — the person who scopes the problem, builds the solution, and stays on the hook until it's genuinely working. No account managers to route around, no decade-old playbook to unlearn. Just current AI tools, applied with real care to the way your business actually runs.

Why start something new right now

The tooling behind this work changed faster in the last two years than in the decade before it. That's genuinely inconvenient for firms with a decade of process built around older assumptions — and it's the single biggest advantage of starting fresh. I'm not maintaining a legacy way of doing things, so I can build with what actually works now.

I won't pretend that's the same as a long track record. It isn't. What I can offer instead is unusual attention: a small number of clients, each getting direct access to the person doing the work.

How I like to work

I'd rather scope something small and prove it works than sell you a twelve-month transformation. Most of the value in this work comes from removing a handful of specific, repetitive tasks — and you can usually tell within a couple of weeks whether that's landing.

That means fixed scope and a fixed price before anything starts, plain updates while it's being built, and a clear handover at the end. If I don't think AI is the right answer to your problem, I'll tell you that instead of building something you don't need.

What I care about getting right

Automations that quietly break are worse than no automation at all, because you stop checking them. So I'd rather build something narrow that holds up than something broad and brittle. That means testing against your real cases, not a tidy demo, and being honest about where a system's limits are.

If that sounds like the kind of working relationship you want, I'd like to hear what you're dealing with.
